• Protector Services have an instinctive ability to notice people, situations, and incidents before a problem arises.  At the properties we provide security services for, we find the places where homeless people tend to nest and we do something about it.

• We are not afraid to confront a Homeless person on your property.  We will ask them to move on, while still treating them with dignity and understanding.

• If we find a vehicle on your property that appears to have people camping/living in it, we will confront them and ask them to move on, explaining that they are on private property and cannot be there.

• If we have a security contract for your property, we will sticker vehicles for towing and can meet the tow company onsite.

• When you think about the cost for Protector Services to keep your property clear of vagrants and the homeless, we cost less than a cup of coffee per visit to keep your properties neat and secure every day.

• We treat your property like it is our own.  We will tell you if there are lights out at the building, graffiti on the property and any other issues noticed.
